At the login screen, enter your user ID and password, and click the Login button.
If you have logged in with an employee user profile, the Employee Login screen is displayed.
On that screen, you can further specify whether you are logging in on behalf of a specific carrier or customer, You can also log in as a generic carrier or customer by selecting the carrier or customer tab and clicking the Login button without entering a user ID.
